DIRECTOR, WRITER + PRODUCER
Renée George is a self-motivated multidisciplinary creative director, writer/director and producer with 15+ years experience across various genres in film and music. A strong work ethic, wild entrepreneurial spirit and passion for authenticity are her core creative.
Renée has written varying articles in print and online editorials featuring the industry’s brightest talent. She’s produced and creatively directed numerous music campaigns via music videos, photo shoots, live experiences, original video content, artist-driven promotional assets and custom projects. Renée was Creative Director at Grammy-winning record labels like Diplo’s Mad Decent and Interscope-Geffen-A&M Records.
As a narrative storyteller, Renée has written, directed and produced several short films, with one commercial spec — Nike “Be A Ballerina” — taking the win at over 12 international film festivals. She’s currently in pre-production on short film titled “Terminal To Stage” which shoots in ‘24. To date, Renée has developed and written four television scripts, one of which she’s currently pitching.
She resides in LA and is currently the Head of Creative at New York & LA-based music management company, TMWRK, building narratives for artists like Diplo, his label Higher Ground, DJ Shadow, The Drums and others.
